Consulting and training. Human value in the age of AI.

Turn the shift of value into a strategic advantage.

Artificial intelligence redistributes tasks across professions, within your teams and among your clients. Value does not disappear: it shifts.

ISSEO helps leaders and teams understand how AI changes their expertise, meet the new requirements of the AI Act, and support organisations in restructuring and training their teams.

THE FINDING

43.5%

Requests made to ChatGPT in 2026 are about someone else's job. Maybe yours?

OpenAI, Work at the frontier ; 800,000 conversations analysed, 2026.

An executive reviews contracts before calling the lawyer. A salesperson analyses data without involving the analyst. Every professional now performs, with AI, tasks that yesterday belonged to someone else's scope. This redistribution changes the added value of each profession, the way clients perceive it, and widens the gap between organisations that steer this transformation and those that endure it.

Our approach.

ROLE, AI, ECOSYSTEM

At ISSEO, we believe that most AI training programmes address a single relationship: that between the professional and the tool. This approach overlooks the two dimensions that truly determine how value shifts: what your clients, partners and teams already accomplish with AI, and how they now perceive your contribution.

Every role sits at the intersection of three forces: what it alone can do, what AI absorbs, and what its stakeholders now do themselves. Our framework connects these three poles to build a complete map; it is applied at the level of a role: yours, or each role within your organisation.

  • ROLE

Where is the value that AI will not replace?

  • AI

What can general-purpose or sector-specific AI do today, and how fast is it progressing?

  • ECOSYSTEM

What are your clients, partners and teams already doing with AI, and what do they expect from you?

AI Act. Article 4.

Turn your compliance obligation into a transformation lever.

Every organisation that uses AI must now be able to demonstrate what it has done so that its teams master it. Article 4 of the European regulation applies with no headcount threshold, and national surveillance authorities have been enforcing it since 2 August 2026. The text requires no minimum level and no certificate. It requires you to know actual usage, to have taken measures consistent with roles and tools, and to be able to prove it. We build that file role by role: actual usage, qualified exposure, priority skills, defensible documentation.

Our offer.

Four types of intervention, from diagnosis to continuous steering.

Every organisation stands at a different stage of its transformation. Our interventions form a coherent progression; each can also be engaged independently.
